Ooshka Ba is a whisky and wine bar in the heart of Birkdale, offering a unique blend of Scottish heritage and Mediterranean inspiration. Owned by Peter, a direct descendant of Flora MacDonald—who played a pivotal role in Scotland’s Jacobite history—and his wife Diane, we bring a taste of Scotland’s legendary whisky tradition alongside Mediterranean-inspired tapas and wines, influenced by our travels through Italian vineyards. We’re dedicated to sharing our love for whisky and wine through tastings and rich experiences, paired with a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels at home.
